SAFEGUARDS According to the code of ethics there are two general categories of safeguards 1. Safeguards created by the profession, legislation or regulation 2. Safeguards within the work environment. Examples of safeguards created by the profession, legislation or regulation ? Educational training and experience requirements for entry into the profession. ?
